Your habits live on your device
SinList stores your rules, reviewed days, misses, notes, settings and reports locally so you can use the app offline. We record misses, not individual completions. An unreviewed day is never treated as perfect.
What reaches our servers
When you sign in, we store your email address, account identifier and device information to authenticate you. Premium sync transfers your rules, reviewed days, misses and other supported app records, including notes attached to them, so you can restore them on your devices. Sync waits for a connection; it is not an immediate backup.
If you enable connected features, we also process push notification tokens, partner and group membership, shared results and community templates. Only share information you want the intended recipients to see. Service providers process email delivery and purchases; Polar handles web payment details, and Apple or Google handles native purchases. SinList stores purchase identifiers and entitlement status, not your full card number.
Analytics and cookies
Product analytics use structured events, such as a reviewed day or selected coach, without analytics cookies. These events can be associated with your account; they are not described as anonymous. Free-text notes and rule titles are excluded from analytics. We do not use advertising cookies. Essential session and security cookies keep the website signed in and protect account requests.
Retention and deletion
Local data remains on your device until you clear it or remove the app, subject to your device backup settings. Synced account data is retained while your account is active. A deletion request disables your account and revokes sessions immediately; remaining account records are scheduled for permanent removal after a seven-day grace period. That period is not a promise that an account can be restored.
Payment providers may retain transaction records under their own policies and legal obligations. Deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription or remove copies already shared with others. Export your data first in the app, and clear local data on each device separately.
Fictional coaches and synthetic voices
Our coaches are invented characters. AI-generated lines and synthetic AI voices are disclosed in Settings; they do not imitate a real person. Health and diet templates are not medical advice.
