Refunds
Effective September 28, 2026
Web purchases
Polar.sh is the merchant of record; refunds are handled by Polar within 14 days. Request a refund within 14 days of the charge using the support details in your Polar receipt. You can also write to hello@sinlist.app with your purchase email and order reference so we can help route your request. Never send card details or a sign-in code.
The 14-day window is the request window, not a guarantee that your bank will post the refund within that time. Polar confirms the outcome and payment timing. Any mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
Lifetime purchases
The same 14-day request window applies to the one-time $180 lifetime purchase. Lifetime has no recurring billing and no free month. A completed refund revokes the access granted by that purchase. An independent active subscription can still provide premium access.
Trials and cancellation
For monthly and yearly web plans, cancel before the free month ends to avoid the first subscription charge. Cancel through your account’s Manage subscription link. Canceling a subscription prevents future renewals; it is separate from requesting a refund for an existing charge.
Apple and Google purchases
For native purchases, request a refund from the store that processed your payment. Apple and Google apply their own refund policies. Deleting your SinList account does not cancel a subscription or request a refund.
